Klaviyo is pushing AI-assisted template production and richer SMS, RCS, and WhatsApp merchandising. Attentive is expanding coordinated message pressure across owned channels. Postscript is selling SMS as a high-intent sales thread. Omnisend is making asset movement easier. TailoredTexting should not compete by becoming another design library; it should decide which asset deserves to enter the reply thread because the customer just exposed a specific doubt.

Build proof asset routing. Every inbound text should map to the smallest useful asset: review screenshot, comparison card, size guide, ingredient proof, shipping promise, founder explanation, guarantee block, or no asset when the reply needs a human. The system should know which proof closes which objection and stop sending generic media.
