This is a stronger incumbent move than “we support RCS.” Attentive is trying to own rollout judgment, inbox visibility, and thread continuity at the channel layer. That makes RCS adoption feel safer for brands that care more about performance stability than shiny message cards.
Attentive is moving from RCS access to RCS traffic control. TailoredTexting should let the platforms optimize channel delivery and own the harder job that still decides revenue: turning live buyer uncertainty into an order.
